What can be used for better contact between the probe and the rock?
For both probes (CTS120 and CST45), you can use the thermal paste used for PC components, or white toothpaste.
How does calibration work?
We recommend calibration every 2 to 3 years. A calibration cylinder is available for separate purchase; we recommend using it solely for calibration verification, and it is suitable for both the CTS120 and CTS45 probes. For technical reasons, calibration should be performed exclusively at our laboratories.
